I’ve put together a practical guide for trainee teachers with simple tools for things like mentor meetings, feedback, planning, workload, and working out whether you’re actually getting better or just very tired.
Schools are very welcome to download it, edit it, and use it however they like. Pull it apart. Ignore bits. Steal the templates.
Over the next few months, I’ll share a few more things aimed at supporting both trainees and mentors. No grand plan. Just useful stuff.
