This Pocket PL is my attempt to organise those ideas into something practical. I’ve tried to pull them together into a simple framework with a slightly cheesy acronym: ADAPTS<\/strong>. It’s six questions to help you think about planning, teaching and responding to learners without losing sight of the same ambitious learning goal for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you’re early in your career, I hope it gives you a framework to build on. If you’ve been teaching for years, I hope it helps articulate the decisions you’re already making instinctively every lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anyway, enough from me.
