Much of the research that informs it has been around for years and is excellent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">This Pocket PL is my attempt to organise those ideas into something practical. I&#8217;ve tried to pull them together into a simple framework with a slightly cheesy acronym: <strong>ADAPTS<\/strong>. It&#8217;s six questions to help you think about planning, teaching and responding to learners without losing sight of the same ambitious learning goal for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re early in your career, I hope it gives you a framework to build on. If you&#8217;ve been teaching for years, I hope it helps articulate the decisions you&#8217;re already making instinctively every lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">Anyway, enough from me.
